Director of Supply Chain

A globally recognized leader in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Chinese) Director of Supply Chain to lead our Toronto operations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end logistics from inbound freight and customs clearance through warehouse operations to final-mile delivery across North America. You will develop and execute supply chain strategy, manage daily warehouse operations, oversee cross-border e-commerce fulfillment and international freight forwarding, and lead inventory and supply chain planning.

You will build and lead teams across warehouse, freight forwarding, and transportation functions, maintain strong relationships with key customers, manage annual budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure compliance across customs, transportation, and labor regulations.

• Minimum 10 years of supply chain and logistics experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Background spanning warehouse operations, cross-border e-commerce fulfillment, and freight forwarding strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop supply chain strategy and drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
• Experience overseeing international air, ocean, and ground transportation, including import/export logistics and customs compliance.
• Strong track record managing warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and labor optimization.
• Skilled at leading and developing cross-functional teams, including warehouse, freight forwarding, and transportation staff.
• Experience managing customer relationships, SLAs, and business reviews at a senior level.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and vendor/procurement oversight.

• Base salary of $100,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience.
