Manager of Inventory Forecasting

In this role, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead the development of item-level statistical forecasts while coordinating activities across departments to refine forecasts constantly. A background of over five years in an S&OP environment is necessary, along with three years in leadership. Your analytical skills will be crucial in managing the forecast process and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead demand planning and forecasting efforts

• Analyze historical sales to improve forecast accuracy

• Work with multiple teams to reconcile forecast variances

• Maintain and optimize forecasting software and tools

• Prepare and update demand planning reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• 5+ years in supply and demand planning

• 3+ years managing teams

• Experience with advanced forecasting techniques

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
