Position Overview

SUKU Vitamins is seeking an experienced and organized Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee operational logistics, inventory coordination and the daily work of supply chain personnel. The successful candidate will help ensure that materials, products and shipments are properly scheduled, tracked and maintained while supporting efficient operations across departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop work plans and establish operational priorities.
  • Organize and coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units.
  • Assign, supervise and review the work of supply chain staff.
  • Supervise approximately three to four employees.
  • Train workers in job duties, company policies and operational procedures.
  • Arrange staff training and conduct performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit operational and inventory reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate inventory-control procedures.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services.
  • Resolve operational problems and provide technical recommendations.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure transportation activities comply with applicable regulations.
  • Support the smooth operation of computer equipment, machinery and supply chain systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management or a related field.
  • Experience supervising and coordinating employees.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and purchasing procedures.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning, or ERP, software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Windows.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
