Position: Director of Global Supply Planning at Spin Master

As the Director, you'll oversee the North American supply planning team and ensure global standardization in supply execution. You'll foster collaboration with international teams across Asia, Europe, Australia, and Mexico while enhancing planning processes and inventory management systems. Your leadership will directly influence output and operational success on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the North American supply planning team

• Collaborate with global teams on supply execution strategies

• Oversee demand plans for master production scheduling

• Lead Global SOP Supply Alignment meetings and cycle

• Partner with Product Development on supply allocation processes

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in global supply planning

• Expertise in Sales Operations Planning and MPS

• Strong proficiency in SAP and IBP software

• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or retail

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
