Logistics Coordinator at KELK

Become a key player in logistics with KELK Canada. As a motivated Logistics Coordinator, you'll ensure efficient shipment processing and documentation while enhancing global operations.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this role focuses on optimizing incoming and outgoing shipments. You'll manage carrier relations, prepare documentation for bank presentations, and proactively communicate shipment details with internal teams and motor carriers. Customer inquiries and data management will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Shipment Log and track status regularly

• Manage and develop relationships with carriers

• Submit documentation for export letters of credit

• Proactively communicate shipment details to team

• Resolve customer inquiries related to tracking

Requirements:

• College Degree in Business or related field

• Knowledge of INCOTERM shipping requirements

• 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail in structured environment

• Proficient in ERP and TMS systems
