As part of Flair’s Buy on Board team, the Purchasing & Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing stock planning and product availability for onboard retail and catering supplies. This on-site position reports directly to the Director, Buy on Board and involves managing purchasing activities, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and purchase onboard retail products and catering supplies

• Develop forecasts utilizing sales data and operational changes

• Monitor inventory performance to minimize shortages and waste

• Maintain purchase orders and supplier relationships

• Perform inventory reconciliations and audits

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in purchasing and supply chain management

• Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards

• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems

• Background in consumer-focused industries preferred

• Satisfactory criminal record check required
