Demand Planning Manager at TTI

Lead demand planning initiatives with Techtronic Industries Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time management role focuses on optimizing forecasts and improving supply chain accuracy through collaboration.

As the Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Channel, and Product teams to develop precise demand forecasts. You'll analyze business trends to support account growth and maintain strong fill rates. Your responsibilities will involve leading process improvements, enhancing automation, and integrating AI to optimize customer inventory levels and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Finance teams

• Drive continuous process improvement and tool rollout for supply chain

• Manage relationships and process improvements for customer inventory

• Monitor shipment forecasts and align with monthly sales calls

• Analyze demand patterns and adjust forecasts to improve accuracy

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience

• Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Logility, Power BI)

• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills

• Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
