In this role, you will ensure efficient tracking of shipments and resolve network issues that arise in logistics operations. Your communication skills will be essential in coordinating with various stakeholders, including carriers and terminal teams, to preemptively manage disruptions and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tracking for Amazon and customer directs

• Alert terminals of asset removal needs

• Create and support incident cases

• Coordinate internal and external asset movements

• Handle disputes between operations and carriers

Requirements:

• 5+ years in logistics or transportation required

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Knowledge of aviation and heavy equipment beneficial

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Experience with ECHO and triage management
