Utilities Inventory Coordinator Position

Step into a crucial role with Black & McDonald as a Utilities Inventory Coordinator. You will manage day-to-day inventory tasks and ensure effective support for our utilities projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Inventory Coordinator supervises yard workers and handles the organization of inventory for ongoing projects. Your expertise will help streamline operations and ensure timely material delivery while collaborating closely with teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day inventory and order management tasks

• Supervise yard workers and coordinate daily activities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels defined by management

• Document transactions accurately in JDE

• Organize warehouse materials effectively

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant technical field

• 2-5 years in inventory coordination or construction experience

• MS Office skills; familiarity with JDE is a plus

• Leadership experience will be advantageous

• Valid Ontario “G” Driver’s License required
