The Shipping Coordinator is integral to Thornhill Medical’s mission, managing the complete shipping process from order execution to delivery. You will be responsible for preparing documentation, coordinating with freight agents, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards including ISO 13485. Your precision will ensure that life-saving products reach healthcare providers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipments to meet on-time delivery expectations
• Prepare important shipping documentation and labels
• Work closely with logistics teams for efficient fulfillment
• Track and maintain shipping records accurately
• Assist with inventory management as needed
Requirements:
• Logistics or Supply Chain bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years logistics experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing
• Knowledge of customs and international shipping
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
