KELK Logistics Coordinator Position

Join KELK Canada's logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator, focusing on effective shipment management and documentation. Enhance operational efficiency through communication and carrier coordination.

You will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor, ensuring all shipments are correctly documented and transported. By managing relationships with carriers and preparing essential export documentation, you will play a critical role in our operations. This position offers the chance to handle customer inquiries and facilitate accurate tracking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare Shipment Log regularly

• Manage and match carriers with freight

• Submit appropriate documentation for bank transactions

• Communicate shipment details with motor carriers

• Address customer data inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:

• College Degree in Business or related field

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations

• 1-2 years in freight brokerage or dispatching preferred

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Proficient in software tools, including ERP systems
