Hybrid Demand Planning Manager

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the entire forecasting development process, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and operations. The position requires at least five years in S&OP and three years of leadership experience. Your analytical mindset will enhance demand strategies and improve purchasing operations across multiple time horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate S&OP processes and project launches

• Create and evaluate statistical forecasts

• Coordinate cross-functional team activities

• Communicate customer action plans effectively

• Maintain detailed reports on forecasting accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 5 years in relevant experience

• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity

• Proven track record in inventory and supply management

• Advanced technical skills in forecasting tools
