Mars Snacking Demand Planning Leader

Join Mars Snacking as a Demand Planning Manager and enhance demand forecasts. This hybrid role focuses on aligning sales and supply functions for optimal operations.

You will be an integral part of the Customer Experience Team, responsible for leading demand planning and sales forecasts for Mars Snacking. Your strong analytical capabilities, backed by at least three years of experience in sales or supply chain, will be key to driving accuracy in our forecasts and supporting collaboration with Sales. A background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is appreciated but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review sales accounts to ensure forecast alignment

• Manage essential planning steps: 0-12 & DMR

• Facilitate productive communications for Forecast Calls

• Identify and implement improvements in demand processes

• Lead critical discussions in Supply and Demand planning sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain

• Over 3 years in Sales, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics

• Experience in Demand Planning and collaborative forecasting

• Familiarity with CPG industry preferred

• Commitment to Quality and Food Safety procedures
