As a Supply Chain Lead at Micromart, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our hardware supply chain operations. Your expertise will ensure effective supplier collaboration, accurate inventory management, and comprehensive project coordination. This position is hybrid, requiring occasional local travel within the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales for accurate demand forecasting

• Collaborate with suppliers on material costs and timelines

• Oversee logistics and implement cost-saving strategies

• Run quality assurance for incoming hardware components

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and audits of inventory
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain

• Proven skills in supply chain planning and financial management

• Technical capability to read BOMs and specifications

• Proficiency in project planning and ERP systems

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
