Hello Fresh is in search of a talented sourcing manager for its Packaging Strategic Procurement team. This role will be pivotal in crafting sourcing strategies, overseeing vendor relationships, and propelling quality enhancements. You'll ensure budget adherence while driving product innovation and managing SKU onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead optimization of supply networks for assigned categories

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies reducing risk

• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships

• Execute initiatives for cost savings aligned with budgets

• Analyze datasets for continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in supply chain or strategic sourcing

• At least 3 years of packaging sourcing experience preferred

• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Applications

• Successful experience leading strategic sourcing activities

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent expertise
