In this strategic position, you will oversee cargo operations, guiding a dynamic team while ensuring compliance with Emirates' high standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, addressing operational delays, and managing GHA performance. You'll also handle documentation, investigate issues, and update cargo systems for reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily cargo operations effectively

• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations

• Monitor and enhance service quality from GHA

• Process cargo documents in line with regulations

• Lead and train staff to uphold high service levels

Requirements:

• Degree or A-Level education with relevant experience

• 2 years in Cargo Operations, 1 year as Senior Agent

• Strong analytical and customer service skills

• Knowledge of Load Control procedures

• Fluent in English and local language
