Our client is in search of a Procurement Manager with a minimum of six years of supply chain expertise and strong leadership capabilities. This role is vital for managing supplier relationships, driving sourcing initiatives, and ensuring a continuous supply of materials that meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement and planning team development

• Oversee purchasing, supply planning, and vendor evaluations

• Drive sourcing initiatives and manage negotiations

• Ensure timely material delivery with effective supplier management

• Collaborate with various business units for alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field

• Over 6 years in procurement/supply chain management

• 4+ years of leadership experience

• CPG industry experience preferred

• Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset
