Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall resourcing processes for projects

• Act as a trusted advisor to consulting teams

• Anticipate and manage staffing requirements effectively

• Adjust resources and expectations as project scopes change

• Develop detailed capacity and utilization reports

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in resourcing or consulting sectors

• Experience with resource management software

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Strong attention to detail in managing priorities

• Change management experience preferred
