Position: Full-Time Equipment Administrator at CLS
Step into the Equipment Administrator role with CLS Catering Services, contributing to efficient operations across Canada. Engage in inventory management while fostering team collaboration.

This full-time position reports to the Customer Service Manager and operates on a rotational schedule. Key tasks include assisting with equipment reconciliation, coordinating with Custom Operations, and overseeing inventory counts. You’ll work alongside Account Managers to address any equipment shortages and provide timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage equipment reconciliation processes and returns

• Collaborate on delivery schedules with Custom Operations

• Perform inventory counts and handle equipment orders

• Identify shortage needs with Account Managers

• Submit shortage reports to relevant personnel

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent

• One year of experience in the food sector

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
