Position: Pharmaceutical Logistics Director Role
Drive logistics excellence as the Director of Logistics for a prominent Canadian pharmaceutical supplier specializing in prescription medication distribution across the US. This pivotal role is based in Toronto and includes regular travel.

You will bring over eight years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of three years in a director capacity within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries. Your mandate will involve improving logistics efficiency by addressing existing challenges, managing customs compliance closely, and ensuring the safety of temperature-sensitive cargo. The role emphasizes scaling operations effectively to support higher demand across multiple hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve logistics process challenges

• Manage cross-border logistics and compliance

• Implement operational improvements across networks

• Build and lead dynamic logistics teams

• Assess and optimize hub-based operations

Requirements:

• 8+ years in logistics with director-level experience

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution regulations

• Experience with TMS and WMS systems

• Proven leadership in multi-site operations
