Wholesale Operations Analyst

Enhance wholesale operations with the LCBO as an Operations Analyst in Toronto. This onsite position focuses on developing analytic insights for process improvements and strengthening supplier relationships.

As a Wholesale Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize new programs and metrics. This role emphasizes building compliant and effective relationships with stakeholders while providing technical support using analytical tools and methodologies. With a focus on reporting and improving operations, your contributions will drive efficiency in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for wholesale program operations

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

• Develop user manuals and operational policies

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements

• Contribute to special projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Wholesale

• Expertise in complex analysis and reporting methodologies

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
