Manager of Third Party Services at Capital One

Lead third party management at Capital One Canada as a Manager, Third Party Management. You will oversee supplier relationships while ensuring strict compliance and risk management in a hybrid work environment.

As a key member of the Third-Party Management Team, you will drive strategic supplier plans and manage crucial supplier relationships. With at least 7 years of experience, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, including due diligence, contracting, and monitoring. Your expertise in supply chain management will ensure effective negotiation and optimal pricing structures while maintaining a high level of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end third party life cycle management

• Manage risks and negotiate contracts with suppliers

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Execute strategic plans based on market insights

• Ensure compliance with Third-Party Risk Management policies

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in third party management or supply chain

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Track record of managing complex projects

• Familiarity with OSFI Guideline B-10 and E-21
