Position: Hardware Supply Chain Management Associate Role
Lead cross-functional projects and optimize supply chain strategies as a Hardware Supply Chain Management Senior Associate. Enhance service delivery while managing key logistics and inventory operations.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process, from planning categories to coordinating logistics with vendors. Your focus will include maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing inventory health effectively. Collaboration with Finance and other internal teams is essential to drive projects that reduce costs and improve controls, making a quantifiable impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end supply planning to meet service targets

• Monitor inventory health and apply corrective actions

• Partner with procurement for capacity and lead-time commitments

• Lead projects related to supplier transitions and tool upgrades

• Implement dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with inventory management systems

• Skilled in project management and communication

• Ability to analyze large data sets for informed decisions

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial controls
