Logistics Specialist - W-Group Warehouse; Concord

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Canadian operations team. The position will be permanently based on-site at the W-Group Warehouse and will play a key role in managing inventory receiving, system operations, logistics coordination, and communication across our retail brands.

The position will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will support multiple brands across the Group, with responsibilities focused primarily on inventory control, logistics operations, ERP/AS400 system management, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage inventory receiving and movements.
• Work with and monitor3PL/logistics providers.
• Manage inventory transactions inAS
  400.
• Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Track shipments and follow up on issues.
• Support stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
• Communicate with stores, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support daily logistics and AS400 operations.
• Help improve logistics and inventory processes.
• Prepare Excel reports and track key logistics and fulfillment KPIs.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience inretail or distributionis preferred.
• Experience with ERP / WMS systemsis strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken
  
  English.
• Experience in the Canadian market.
• Hebrew-language AS400 experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Daily on-site attendance is required.

Pay Range: $58,000 – 68,000
