  • Location: Toronto, Canada or Vancouver, Canada
  • Salary: Starting from CAD $75,000 annually + Commission + Annual Bonus
  • Employment Type: Full‑Time
What You’ll Do
  • Customer Development and Performance Achievement:
    Responsible for developing key customers, logistics clients, and overseas warehouse projects. Execute sales plans, achieve performance targets, and expand market share.
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance:
    Maintain good communication with customers through follow‑ups and other methods, stay updated on their needs, retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement long‑term strategic cooperation plans.
  • Business Plan Development and Execution:
    Based on market information and business objectives, develop project solutions and oversee their implementation, including quotation, contract negotiation, and signing.
  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    Responsible for collecting payments from customers on credit terms, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer exceptions, and ensure timely cash recovery.
  • Market Information Collection and Feedback:
    Collect market information, customer needs, and competitor promotional policies, provide timely follow‑up and feedback to support the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Project Risk Control:
    Monitor project progress throughout the entire lifecycle, control project risks, and resolve issues that arise during project operations.
  • Supporting Internal Improvement:
    Provide feedback on market and customer needs to drive internal IT system or process improvements, and assist in the development of other departmental projects.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
