Strategic Procurement Manager

Quantum Lifecycle is seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to enhance procurement functions in the Greater Toronto Area. Focus on developing strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, and delivering measurable cost savings.

The successful candidate will lead the company's procurement efforts across North America, requiring at least 7 years of experience in procurement management. Responsibilities include standardizing processes, improving spend visibility, and collaborating with various departments for effective service delivery. Leadership over a Procurement Coordinator is part of this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust procurement strategies for the organization

• Negotiate enterprise agreements with suppliers

• Analyze purchasing data to find savings

• Manage processes in Microsoft Business Central

• Ensure collaboration with Operations, Finance, and other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar

• Minimum 7 years of direct procurement experience

• Proficiency in ERP software

• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
