Procurement Coordinator at OMA

In this role, you'll assist the Director of Procurement with daily operations and provide administrative support to streamline procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include collaboration with teams, coordination of vendor meetings, procurement documentation preparation, and ensuring organizational compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams throughout the procurement lifecycle

• Organize vendor meetings and engagement activities

• Prepare and review documentation including RFx and contracts

• Assist client departments to ensure compliance

• Maintain accurate contract files pre- and post-award

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• Four to five years of relevant procurement experience

• Understanding of procurement and contract law

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication skills for clear information conveyance
