Position: Logistics Implementation Manager Role
Join Flexport as an Implementation Manager to enhance our logistics framework and drive successful client onboarding. You’ll tackle implementation challenges and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

As the Implementation Manager at Flexport, you'll accumulate at least four years of experience in supply chain management or related areas, playing a vital role in refining our processes as new products emerge. Your focus will be on planning and executing implementation projects, working closely with Sales and Operations to fulfill client expectations and needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and standardize the Implementation Methodology

• Take ownership of gaps in implementation playbooks

• Collaborate with teams as the main client contact

• Develop project plans for awarded business effectively

• Monitor progress and proactively communicate status

Requirements:

• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics or consulting

• Proven experience in managing client-facing projects

• Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic

• Excellent communication skills in client settings

• Ability to adapt plans in real-time based on feedback
