Logistics Coordinator E-Commerce Operations

This position within a fast-growing e-commerce organization requires a candidate with 1–3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations. You will manage full truckload and less-than-truckload shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and analyze performance trends. Your problem-solving skills will help in streamlining logistics processes and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly inventory reconciliations across distribution centers

• Plan and execute FTL and LTL shipments effectively

• Coordinate transportation schedules with carriers and internal teams

• Track shipments proactively and resolve transportation issues

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 1–3 years of logistics experience, preferably in e-commerce

• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
