The Lead directs how AI-enabled tools, including Copilot and other Dynamics 365 AI-assisted capabilities, are used in workshops, requirements capture, and testing to increase the speed and quality of the implementation. This is an on-site role based in the Toronto, Ontario area and requires Canadian citizenship. Manager, Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Toronto, Ontario area. On client site, with travel as the engagement requires.

  • AI-informed design. Identify where AI-driven forecasting, demand planning, or inventory optimization features can strengthen the client's future-state supply chain design.
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management Relationship building. Build and sustain trusted, on-site relationships with client supply chain executives, planning teams, and warehouse and logistics leadership.
  • Client point of contact. Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact for supply chain questions throughout the implementation.
