As part of the logistics team, you will assist with customs documentation, track shipments, and support communications between customers and carriers. The entry-level position allows you to develop technical skills related to Canadian trade compliance and promotes career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily logistics operations under senior staff guidance
• Prepare and validate shipping and customs documents
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving issues
• Communicate shipment milestones and service status
• Aid in managing freight costs and invoicing accuracy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related experience in Logistics
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Canadian customs regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools essential
