With a focus on influencing local operations managers and leading improvement initiatives, you will shape JOLT’s strategies across diverse markets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver AI and automation features to solve operational challenges

• Define strategies for Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience

• Shift operational practices from reactive to preventative

• Ensure adherence to Global Operating Procedures

• Drive continuous improvement projects across regions

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years in operational and digital product roles

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams globally

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and ROI

• Preferred experience in EV charging or tech hardware

• Digital Product management skills advantageous
