In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage the deployment of effective operational strategies. Leveraging CI tools and methodologies, you’ll ensure successful project execution while fostering a culture that embraces process improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the application of the Prestige Performance System

• Manage the operational master planning process

• Guide teams in the use of CI methodologies like DMAIC

• Support value realization initiatives across corporate strategies

• Engage in shop floor activities to drive performance improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing CI role

• Required Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification

• Background in LEAN project management methodologies

• Understanding of end-to-end product supply chain

• Degree in industrial engineering or related field
