Last Mile Optimization Advisor in Ontario

Reporting directly to the Manager of Last Mile Optimization, this role is essential for boosting eCommerce delivery effectiveness. With 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, you will analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support stores and partners. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience across the delivery network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily performance indicators of delivery partners
• Analyze delivery volumes and adjust operational parameters
• Provide store support for delivery-related issues
• Identify root causes of delivery complaints
• Conduct financial analysis for delivery optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce logistics
• Knowledge of last mile operations and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Limited travel across Ontario required
