The E-Commerce & Logistics Analyst role is crucial for UNIQLO’s logistics operation. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will analyze customer data to identify trends, track delivery issues, and establish solutions. This full-time position demands collaboration with both internal teams and external logistics partners for optimal delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly Voice of the Customer reviews on e-commerce logistics
• Analyze top contact drivers and follow up with logistics providers
• Track recurring issues to develop timely resolutions
• Manage stalled parcels and coordinate with carriers
• Oversee Lost In Transit tracking and related refunds
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or operations analytics
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
