Export Operations Coordinator

Join Traffic Tech as an Export Operations Coordinator to oversee global freight movement from our Toronto office. Coordinate shipping documentation and communication with international carriers for seamless operations.

In this full-time role, you will handle export operations efficiently and support our international logistics team. With a minimum of one year of experience in international export procedures, you're set to leverage strong analytical and operational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with incoterms will aid in managing shipments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation and movement of export goods

• Prepare shipping instructions and necessary legal documents

• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and service providers

• Resolve issues and support internal/external customers

• Monitor holds and discrepancies in goods movement

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in export procedures

• Strong operational and analytical skills

• Solid Microsoft Office skills; willingness to learn

• Excellent communication skills in English/French

• Familiarity with Cargo Wise is an asset
