Concrete Plant Operator at Miller Group

Take charge of concrete operations as a Concrete Plant Operator with Miller Group. This role focuses on scheduling deliveries, managing orders, and ensuring high service standards in a cohesive team environment.

As a vital player at Miller Group, you will coordinate customer orders, optimize truck dispatching, and maintain communication between drivers and plant personnel. Your experience in logistics will be key in support of efficient concrete deliveries and operations. You will also be responsible for routine inspections and plant maintenance, promoting operational excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately

• Adjust schedules based on priorities and weather

• Assign and dispatch trucks efficiently

• Monitor truck status using GPS systems

• Serve as contact point for customers on deliveries

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in logistics or dispatching, preferably in construction

• Experience with GPS tracking and dispatch systems

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma; post-secondary preferred

• Valid DZ/AZ Driver’s license is a plus
