Production Scheduler Planner

Production scheduling and capacity planning define this Avery Dennison Scheduler Planner role, focused on operational oversight, forecasts, and efficiency reporting.

The Scheduler Planner manages short-term tactical and longer-term strategic KPI delivery. This position supports Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics through production scheduling, work-center monitoring, process improvement, and business analysis. It also coordinates schedules, forecasts, trends, and operational reporting to optimize production efficiency.

• Capture production, master, and operational schedules
• Monitor work centers, orders, materials, and timelines
• Develop capacity models, forecasts, and comparative analyses
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, and business analyses
• Coordinate stakeholders, process improvements, and quality initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain preferred
• Three-plus years scheduling, planning, or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, materials management, and logistics
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
• APICS, ELS, or Green Belt certification preferred
