Production Scheduling Planner

The Scheduler/Planner manages short-term tactical and longer-term strategic performance indicators. This work supports production efficiency through scheduling, work-center monitoring, forecasting, trend analysis, and operational reporting. The position also contributes to materials management, logistics, and continuous improvement.

• Capture production, master, operational, and shop work schedules
• Monitor work centers, materials processing, requisitions, and timelines
• Model capacity scenarios and plan for peak seasons
• Prepare forecasts, comparative analyses, reports, graphs, and charts
• Optimize production efficiency through planning and scheduling analyses

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant business fields preferred
• Three-plus years scheduling, planning, or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, materials management, and logistics
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
• APICS, ELS, or Green Belt certification preferred
