Job Description & How to Apply Below
As a Fulfillment Specialist III, you will help ensure Dayforce time clock hardware reaches customers accurately and on time. You will manage the day-to-day coordination of orders, shipments, inventory activity, and returns with Crane Worldwide Logistics, our third-party logistics provider.
This fully remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines who can work aligned to U.S. Eastern Time business hours. You will work independently in a high-volume environment, keep fulfillment records complete and audit-ready, resolve routine operational issues, and escape risks that may affect customers, inventory, compliance, or service levels.
What You’ll Get to Do:- Review approved hardware orders, release complete orders to Crane, and coordinate shipment execution based on ship dates, quantities, accessories, shipping method, and delivery requirements.
- Confirm shipment details and update tracking, ship dates, drafts, serial numbers, MAC addresses where applicable, and fulfillment notes on the same business day confirmation is received.
- Document incoming and outgoing inventory activity in Net Suite, including receipts, shipments, returns, replacements, transfers, and approved adjustments.
- Reconcile routine activity across Net Suite, Crane records, Salesforce cases, and fulfillment trackers; investigate and correct standard data, quantity, and documentation issues.
- Capture and validate serialized device information, ensuring serial numbers and MAC addresses are connected to the correct customer, site, order, shipment, return, or case.
- Manage assigned return and reverse-logistics activities, including RMA validation, return instructions, tracking, receipt confirmation, and disposition documentation.
- Prepare and validate shipping data for domestic and international shipments, following approved procedures for classifications, declared values, certifications, and carrier requirements.
- Resolve routine shipping and carrier exceptions, such as address corrections, delivery holds, delayed scans, and return-to-sender risks; escape shortages, damaged shipments, compliance concerns, or missing information promptly.
- Provide accurate shipment, return, billing, and exception information to support Salesforce case updates, billing handoffs, and case closure.
- Partner daily with Crane, Fulfillment Order Management, and team leadership on shipment releases, inventory questions, returns, escalations, and recurring operational issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, shipping coordination, inventory management, order management, or a related operations role.
- Experience working with a warehouse, third-party logistics provider, carrier portal, or distribution partner.
- Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping workflows and documentation requirements.
- Experience managing shipment, return, or inventory exceptions using established procedures.
- Experience using Salesforce or another case management or ticketing system.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization in a high-volume environment.
- Comfort working across operational systems, carrier tools, and Excel-based trackers.
- Ability to work remotely in the Philippines while supporting U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience supporting hardware, technology, electronics, or asset-based fulfillment.
- Experience using Net Suite for inventory documentation, serial number tracking, RMA processing, reverse logistics, or warehouse inventory reconciliation.
- Relevant logistics or supply-chain certification or coursework, such as APICS CLTD or CSCP, ISCEA, FIATA, IATA, TESDA, or a similar program.
- A practical, procedure-driven approach to problem solving, with dependable follow-through and a customer-centered mindset.
