Analyze replenishment data and inventory risks as a Store Automated Ordering Replenishment Analyst with METRO in hybrid Ontario operations. Use Excel, forecasts, and reporting.
This permanent full-time analyst supports automated store replenishment processes across METRO. The position connects Stores, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Optimization, and Distribution Operations. You will evaluate system-generated forecasts, inventory insights, sales, promotions, seasonality, and local market factors to support product availability, sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and release system-generated purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess stock
- Analyze sales, promotions, seasonality, and local market factors
- Address replenishment exceptions and inventory risks
- Provide recommendations through reporting and trend analysis
- One to three years of analytical experience
- University degree in a related business field
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Weekend and rotating holiday availability required
