The Packaging Analyst supports business growth through packaging initiatives, corrective actions, and standards alignment. The role spans merchandising, supply chain, store operations, logistics, vendors, and third-party providers. It also manages packaging and critical-to-quality processes for imported and private branded products.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate packaging initiatives improving supply chain productivity
- Identify retail packaging improvement opportunities
- Direct vendors on Home Depot packaging standards
- Resolve deficiencies through testing protocols
- Drive corrective actions for damaged products
- Five years of consumer products packaging experience
- Retail packaging experience preferred
- Knowledge of packaging regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of packaged transit testing methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
