Lead demand planning, inventory investment, and allocation for Hillberg & Berk remotely, ideally from Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Turn complex data into confident decisions.
As Senior Director, Planning & Allocation, you will lead integrated planning across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale. You will own forecasting, inventory planning, Open-to-Buy, allocation, replenishment, and inventory investment. Reporting to the CFO, you will connect strategy with execution while leading a lean team and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Set the multi-year Planning & Allocation roadmap
- Own inventory investment and Open-to-Buy accountability
- Build and pressure-test forecasting models
- Define AI integration for forecasting and planning
- Lead allocation, replenishment, and planning teams
- 10–15 years in demand or inventory planning
- Experience across multiple planning disciplines
- Proven inventory investment or Open-to-Buy accountability
- Expert current hands-on Excel skills
- Hands-on AI/LLM analytical or forecasting experience
