Take the lead in global sourcing at Collectors as the Supplier Relations & Performance Management Director. This role involves high-value negotiations, supplier performance management, and business strategy development.

At Collectors, you will oversee supplier relationships, ensuring that commitments are met and performance is optimized. Your expertise will drive meaningful negotiation outcomes, selection processes, and performance management for direct and indirect supplier categories. The Director will significantly impact cost management and product quality by collaborating closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations on pricing, service levels, and contract terms

• Standardize contract templates with Legal's support

• Execute category strategies aligned with growth initiatives

• Develop a robust supplier performance management program

• Publish performance dashboards for leadership review

Requirements:

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership

• Proven track record in supplier performance management

• Strong negotiation skills with complex agreements

• Experience with international suppliers across multiple regions

• Bachelor's degree in related field
