Job Description  We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive  Logistics Coordinator - Retail  to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating retail order fulfillment, ensuring smooth delivery from our warehouse partners to stores and distribution centers and managing inventory accuracy.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support a seamless customer experience. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:
Send Retail Store Replenishmentpurchaseorderstothewarehousepartnersfor  fulfillment and coordinate relabeling of inventory to meet retail needs.
ScheduleandtracktransportationofPOsfromwarehouseto Distribution Centers , ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries
MaintainaccurateinventoryrecordsforallproductsattheDCsbycoordinating inventory counts,reconciling discrepancies,andensuringtheordermanagementsystem is up to date
Supporttheday-to-dayexecutionoflogisticsforretailstores,includingrespondingto escalations and identifying process improvements.
Assistwithnewstoreopeningsoperationallyandensureallrequirementsaredelivered on time.
Managethelogisticsforplannedwarehousesalesincludingsetupandteardown.
Monitortheflowof White Gloveordersacrosssystemstoensuretimelyfulfillment , including tracking exchange orders created by the Customer Service team.
Troubleshootfulfillmentissues,suchasshippingdelays,inventory shortages,orlabeling errors, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and warehouse partners.
Actasakeypointofcontactforstoremanagersand Distribution Centerteamsregarding  inventory inquiries and replenishment updates.
Manageandprocess Retailand Partner Dropshiporders ,ensuringaccuratetransmission to warehouse partners and resolving any fulfillment issues to support timely and accurate delivery.
Maintaindataaccuracyacrosssystems,ensuringthatinventory,order,andshipment data are consistently reflected in internal tools and platforms.
ConnectwithandonboardpotentialcarrierpartnersensuringSLAsare metwhile reducing operational costs.
Processandmanageinventorytransfersbetween3PLsandDCsensuringinventory accuracy and timely deliveries.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincluding

Merchandising,Customer Service,and Retail Operations to align on fulfillment priorities, inventory needs, and operational updates.
Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives,identifyingopportunitiestostreamline workflows or automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:
1–3yearsofexperienceinalogistics,supply chain,oroperationsrole,preferablyine-commerce (transportation, distribution, warehousing, or operational experience considered an asset)
Bachelor’sdegreeinarelevantfieldofstudy.
Experienceworkingwiththird-party logistics(3PL) providersandcarriers.
Proficientwithbrowser-andmobile-based tools,especially
