Use ERP systems and document editing skills as a Subcontract Administrator with Black & McDonald’s Southern Ontario team in Scarborough. This full-time role supports subcontract management.
The Subcontract Administrator assists the Subcontracts Team under the Subcontract Manager’s direction. You will issue and adjust purchase orders, manage the Subcontractor Prequalification Process Portal, and support Legal, HSE, Finance, and Operations inquiries. Black & McDonald is willing to train motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue subcontract purchase orders through the ERP system
- Prepare and edit subcontract agreements with supporting documentation
- Manage the subcontractor prequalification process portal end to end
- Liaise with IT regarding the SCPQ Portal
- Scan, post, and file contracts on the Legal CLM platform
- Quick learning and strong motivation
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork
- Customer-focused approach to subcontract administration
- MS Office, Word, Excel, and document editing knowledge
- JD Edwards or Oracle ERP knowledge considered an asset
Support Black & McDonald’s subcontract operations in Scarborough through ERP administration, portal management, documentation, and collaboration.
