Customer Operations Order Management Specialist

Yoplait Liberté seeks a Customer Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will manage orders, product data, reporting, and cross-functional processes. The work supports Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

• Process customer orders accurately and on time
• Support orders from entry through fulfillment
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, and service levels
• Investigate pricing, invoice, shipment, and data discrepancies
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

• College diploma in supply chain, operations, business, logistics, or related field
• Two to four years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and customers
