Alpine, a division of Sani Marc, is a specialized business focused on cleaning and sanitation solutions for the food service, hospitality, and related industries in Ontario and beyond. Alpine manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of cleaning products, including warewashing and laundry chemicals, offers dishwasher and glassware rental programs, and provides equipment maintenance services tailored to commercial customers.

The Service Technician will be responsible for completion of a regimented Preventative Maintenance schedule within existing customers. Helping to drive new sales with customers in downtown Toronto. The right individual will be a self‑motivator to complete each set of weekly tasks and maintaining the relationships and business within our existing accounts.

• Executing the Preventive Maintenance Plan;
• Ensuring proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer;
• Participating in a rotational emergency on‑call schedule;
• Driving new sales within existing accounts;
• Completing accurate electronic service reports;
• Training customers on new products and equipment;
• Performing installations of new or replacement dishwashers and other systems, and adjusting equipment to specific operating parameters.

• On‑call requirement: one weekend out of every six.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract;
• High degree of mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to use hand tools;
• Some sales experience;
• Electronic technology experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, apps);
• Ability to work rotational on‑call weekends.
