We’re hiring a Live-Out Superintendent for a condominium building in Toronto West
.
The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to‑day care of a residential condominium property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth building operations.
Key Responsibilities- Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas
- Light maintenance and coordination of service trades
- Garbage and recycling management
- Operating a tractor for garbage removal as required
- Responding to resident inquiries professionally
- Assisting property management with inspections and reporting
- Supporting a safe, well‑maintained living environment
- Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable and experienced operating a tractor for waste handling
- Knowledge of condominium operations is an asset
Schedule: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate / as scheduled
