Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians during shifts

• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production

• Facilitate completion of preventative maintenance tasks

• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts

• Keep records updated in CMMS and manage spare parts

Requirements:

• Licensed Millwright or Electrician, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience

• Leadership experience of 1–2 years preferred

• Proven mechanical and automation troubleshooting skills

• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement practices
